How do I order an urn?
There are a few options to ordering. For a secure online purchase, add the urn that you want to purchase to the shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart” button. When done, click on "Proceed to Checkout" button which will take you to the secure website to purchase the product.

What is your return policy?
Our policy provides and ensures that each customer purchases a new urn. Returns are limited to those damaged in shipment. When sellers accept returns, there can be no guarantee that it has not been used and then simply recycled to the next customer. Returns leave both seller and customer at risk. At Abbrook, our policy protects against that possibility. If there is damage in shipment, we will send you a new replacement. We guarantee it.

What are the delivery and payment methods?
Delivery:
For shipments going to the US and International 7 - 14 days, for Canada please allow 7 business days.

Payment Methods:
Our preferred method of receiving payment is through PayPal. PayPal allows our customers to make secure purchases without revealing their credit card number or financial information.

Special Note:
• Abbrook is not responsible for any charges such as: duty, brokerage fees, disbursement fees, or other US government charges that may apply to high value shipments to the USA and elsewhere in the world from Canada.
• We can not ship orders to a P.O. box.
• Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received. In the event of any production delays, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
